Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy

At RNHO Signature, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below:

Warranty

1-Year Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear.

Inspect Before Payment

You can inspect your watch upon delivery before making payment to ensure it meets your expectations.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The watch must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Policy

Refunds are accepted only upon inspection of the product at the time of delivery, with the product returned to the delivery representative, or in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or the customer receives a different product than the one ordered.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Once the product’s condition has been verified, the full amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

سياسة الضمان والاستبدال والاسترجاع

في RNHO Signature، نحرص على تقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لعملائنا، لذلك نوفر السياسات التالية:

🛡️ الضمان

ضمان لمدة سنة كاملة ضد عيوب الصناعة.
لا يشمل الضمان سوء الاستخدام، أو الكسر، أو الخدوش، أو التلف الناتج عن المياه، أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي.

🔍 المعاينة قبل الدفع

🔄 سياسة الاستبدال

يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
يشترط أن تكون الساعة بحالتها الأصلية، غير مستخدمة، مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.

💰 سياسة الاسترجاع

يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط عند معاينة المنتج و ارجاع المنتج مع مندوب الشحن او في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو استلام منتج مختلف عن المطلوب وذلك بشرط تسليم المنتج بنفس حالة الاستلام .
بعد التأكد من الحالة، يتم رد المبلغ بالكامل بنفس وسيلة الدفع.
